The Company's principal business activity is e-commerce retail: the purchase and sale of consumer products through online channels. Any sale of products takes place through the e-commerce channel or online marketplace identified at the point of purchase — not on this Site.

The terms presented by that channel at checkout, together with any order confirmation you receive, govern the transaction, including price, payment, shipping, delivery estimates, cancellation, returns, and warranties. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your place of residence provides otherwise.
