Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 7, 2026 · Last Updated: July 27, 2026
2.1 Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how ANSENI GROUP LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our informational website at https://anseni.co (the "Site"). This Policy covers the Site only.
Our Site is a static, informational website. We designed it to collect as little personal information as possible. The Site does not take orders or process payments; Section 2.3 explains how we handle information relating to product purchases made through our e-commerce sales channels.
2.2 Information We Collect
- Information you provide voluntarily: If you contact us by email using an address listed on the Site, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. (The Site does not currently host a contact form; if one is added, update this section.)
- Automatically collected technical data: Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and access timestamps. This is standard server-log data collected by our hosting provider, Vercel, used for security and to keep the Site running.
We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this Site. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through the Site. We do not sell or share personal information.
2.3 Customer and Order Information
Our principal activity is e-commerce retail. Purchases are completed on the e-commerce channel or online marketplace where the product is listed, not on this Site. That channel collects the information needed to complete your purchase — such as your name, delivery address, contact details, and payment data — under its own privacy policy, which governs that collection.
From that channel we receive only the order information we need to fulfill and support your purchase, typically your name, shipping address, contact details, and what you ordered. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers. We use order information solely to:
- Prepare, ship, and track your order;
- Handle returns, replacements, warranty claims, and customer-service questions;
- Meet accounting, tax, and record-keeping obligations that apply to the sale.
We do not use order information for advertising and we do not sell it. If we begin selling directly through our own online store, we will update this Policy before doing so.
2.4 How We Use Information
We use the limited information above to:
- Respond to inquiries you send us;
- Fulfill and support orders, as described in Section 2.3;
- Operate, secure, and maintain the Site;
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
2.5 Legal Bases / Your Choices
We rely on your voluntary action (when you email us), the performance of the sales contract (when you place an order), our legal obligations (such as tax and accounting records), and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Site. You can choose not to contact us or provide personal information; you can still browse the Site.
2.6 Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may share information only:
- With service providers that host or maintain the Site, under confidentiality obligations (e.g., Vercel);
- With the e-commerce channels, shipping carriers, and logistics providers needed to deliver and support an order you placed, limited to what each one needs;
- When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights;
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
2.7 Data Retention
We retain email correspondence only as long as needed to address your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter. Order records are kept for as long as required by the tax, accounting, and consumer-protection rules that apply to the sale. Server logs are retained per Vercel's standard practices as our hosting provider.
2.8 Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information, including serving the Site over HTTPS. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
2.9 Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing:
- California residents (CCPA/CPRA):rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale"/"sharing" (we do not sell or share), and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
- EEA/UK residents (GDPR): rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
- Other jurisdictions (including Colombia — Law 1581/2012): equivalent access, correction, and deletion rights for residents who visit the Site.
To exercise any right, email contact@anseni.co. We may verify your identity before responding.
2.10 International Visitors
The Company is based in the United States and the Site is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure (a U.S.-based provider). By using the Site, visitors outside the U.S. understand their information may be processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection rules than their home country.
2.11 Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
2.12 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
